Iβm an entrepreneur, a thought leader, innovator, and transformative leader. Iβve spent the last 16 years in organizational leadership as a startup founder, non-profit executive leader, and Executive Coach.

Over ten years ago, I joined a group of leaders dedicated to social change. As one of the few Asian members in a predominantly white male group, I often felt out of place.
The others had impressive credentials, like published books, which made me hesitant to speak up. I doubted my contributions could matter in such fast-paced discussions.
Near the end of our time together, we gave feedback. I expressed that while we discussed social change a lot, we didnβt take much action. I suggested more collaborative efforts.
To my surprise, the leader shared my comments with everyone and asked why I hadnβt spoken up sooner. He said my input was valuable and could have led us to be more proactive.
This was a turning point for me. I realized the group lost out because I didnβt share my thoughts, and I missed the chance to influence our direction. Since then, Iβve made it a point to express myself and contribute my ideas whenever possible.
Iβve become a safe space for many high level leaders who find themselves lonely at the top, without someone to share their unique joys and challenges, surrounded by people who are too afraid to disagree with them.
I have studied and lived leadership from the ground up.
I know what itβs like to step into a new level of leadership and question whether you have what it takes. I understand the need and importance of growing new skillsets.
I know the pressure of answering to the powers that be and how the greatest pressure of all is the one I put on myself to perform, succeed, and do it all while not breaking a sweat. And I know how to identify the signs that youβre ready for the next mountain to scale.

What I donβt want you to know about me.
If youβre a powerful leader, chances are there are things you donβt want others to know about you, but the reality is your authenticity is what makes you so powerful. Today I have the privilege and honor of helping people unlock their special talents, discover their voice, and step into a new level of leadership by helping you discover who you are and show up fully everyday.

If you knew me that might come as a surprise to you. My friends and those Iβve led would say Iβm gifted with a full array of tools and skills. Theyβre always astonished by what I can do. I have a hard time seeing that in myself.

I grew up with three other close type-A friends. I had to learn that loud and dominant didnβt equate to wise, secure, or brave. Iβve discovered the power of my unique voice and have the privledge today to help others discover theirs and own the room.

I always felt like the odd guy out. I thought differently, asked provocative questions, and couldnβt quite conform or settle into status quo. What seemed like a weakness in some circles I've embraced as distinct. Brene Brown says βthe opposite of belonging is fitting in.β Today I look for others who arenβt black sheep, but untamed lions.
